Skip Ewing (Nashville, Tennessee)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skip_Ewing
Career
Ewing first began to garner national attention during the mid-1980s, both as a songwriter and recording artist for MCA and Capitol Records. His 1988 debut, The Coast of Colorado, produced the number 3 hit "Burnin' a Hole in My Heart" and four other top 20 country hits. The Will to Love included the top 5 hit "It's You Again". Although none of Ewing's subsequent chart entries made Top 40, he released eight more albums from 1990 to 2009.[1]
Ewing is a notable attendee of Columbine High School in Jefferson County, Colorado, and Redlands High School in Redlands, California.
In 1990, Ewing wrote two songs for Kenny Rogers's album Love Is Strange: "Listen to the Rain" and "If I Were a Painting".
In 2008, he served as the duet partner of the radio version of Reba McEntire's single, "Every Other Weekend". He also co-wrote the single; the song reached the Top 20 on the Billboard Country Chart. Although the song was credited for one week to Ewing and Kenny Chesney as ""Every Other Weekend" by Reba McEntire and Skip Ewing or Kenny Chesney", the song was thereafter credited to McEntire alone on the chart.
Awards

Broadcast Music Incorporated (BMI) Songwriter of the Year 2000;
-
Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) Song Of The Year;
-

Valdy and Gary Fjellgaard! (BC)
http://www.fjellgaard.bc.ca/
valdy.com/
Gary and Valdy -"As individual artists, these men are amazing. Together, they are phenomenal!" "
Western Roots" they call it - music that draws on all the aspects of life in the west. Music that echoes the mountains and the sea, the cowboys and the fishermen, the oil-well roustabouts and the loggers, the sunsets and the rain, the streak of rugged independence and contrariness, generosity and warmth.
Gary &Valdy: two experienced entertainers who know how to earn the respect of their audiences and deliver shows night after night that send people home with smiles and the knowledge that they've experienced something special and heartwarming.
Together, Valdy and Gary Fjellgaard are a near-perfect team. Their songs touch a common ground with the affection and warmth only old friends can share. Two memorable and endearing guys, two guitars, and two dozen songs or more to tell you where they've been, where they're at, and where they're heading.
Two of Canada's true gentlemen singer/songwriters, storytellers and troubadours teamed together on record and on the concert stage. This is a live performance that should not be missed by anybody!

Alee (AB)

BIO
With a year that began with a CCMA Rising Star Nomination, Alee celebrated the release of her debut full length album “Bad Habit” with over 3.5 million streams on Spotify, a #1 female single “Moonshine” on Canadian country radio, Top 20 video on CMT, all leading up to her coveted nomination for CCMA Female Artist of the Year in September 2017.
A creative with a notion. A lover with a passion. A visionary with a fire lit under her.
Everyone has a story to tell. Hers is just from a different point of view.
Standing at an elegant 5’10”, country recording artist Alee has been blessed with a different perspective her whole life. Her journey began as a classical pianist and dancer before finding herself in the spotlight as a vocalist, and finding her home in country music.
“Since her humble beginnings in 2013 when she saw three independently released tracks rise to land in the Top 20 at Canadian country radio, Alee continues her whirlwind climb in the country music ranks.
Her 2017 full-length release is a heartfelt debut from an artist whose music has been called “absolutely stunning”.
“Bad Habit” runs the emotional gamut from bold and energetic crowd pleasers to Alee’s signature blend of sweet but heartbreaking melodies. An ambitious and impressive debut from one of Canada’s brightest rising stars - a mix of tireless hard work (fueled by the work ethic of an Alberta farm girl), endless touring, and at heart, the desire to tell a story.
Alee is sure to make an even bigger splash, quickly rising from her once unassuming Alberta roots to commanding the spotlight at centre stage.” - Vents Magazine
